Session Agreement

This agreement is put into place to secure a photo session with ‘Husain's Photography' and to ensure our expectations have been communicated. Please read this entire contract carefully. If you have any questions, please let me know before our session.

General Terms

Selected images from the shoot will be displayed on Pretty Pictures Photography website and other social media platforms.

All images will be delivered in digital Jpeg format only. Raw images will not be shared under any circumstances.

Delivery of images may take up to 30 working days post the shoot. I will be shortlisting the best of them and only those will be delivered according to the package selected.

Photobooks and prints can be ordered/upgraded at an extra cost.

Quality Assurance

It is my responsibility to produce images consistent with my portfolio. I am confident and honest in my skills and abilities therefore I guarantee quality images that meet my current level of photography standards. Refunds and re-shoots are based on technical malfunctions only (equipment, storage, etc...) and not on creative differences.

Privacy

Husain's Photography has the right to use and publish images and photographs taken during your photography session to further promote its service, including portfolio, website, display and editorial use. However, if there is a need for them to be used for commercial purpose, your permission will be asked as priority. If you wish to keep your images private, please discuss your concerns prior to your session as there will be an exclusivity fee of Rs.2000 per image or a 200% on the entire gallery purchased.

Husain's Photography have copyrights to all images created during your session(s). The images provided are for any reasonable personal purposes, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing. A print release will be provided with the package for personal printing purposes. These images will not be watermarked. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering into contests), selling or altering your images without the Photographer's permission. Portraits and digital images may not be scanned, copied, edited, or reproduced in any way.

Image Delivery

It takes upto 30 days after the session to get your images. I will be shortlisting the best of them and delivering the images according to the package chosen.

In case you do like more images from your session, they can be bought at an extra cost of Rs.800 per image.

Delivery of images will be done through wetransfer link .

All images will be delivered in digital Jpeg format only. Raw images will not be shared under any circumstances.

Image Sharing

Clients are permitted to share their session images on social media at their own discretion. Images specifically re-sized and modified for web sharing will be provided for this purpose. These images are not to be altered and the watermark must not be removed. Images posted on the photographer's Facebook page/Instagram/other social media platforms can be tagged and shared.

Media

The Photographer will be the only photographer at any photo session(s) that are booked. No other cameras (including cell phones) or videotaping is allowed. Photographing the process may be allowed if discussed prior to the session.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notification. We occasionally run offers and incentives on limited time periods. Prices and offers as mentioned on the day of booking by payment is taken as final.

Payment

Full payment needs to be made before the photoshoot. In the case of advance bookings (session date is more than 30 days from the date of booking), a non-refundable(unless the session is cancelled from our end) booking amount of 50% is required as deposit to reserve your session date & time. The balance session fees are due prior to the scheduled session or on the day of the session. If payment is not received and there has been no arrangements made with the Photographer, the Client’s reserved session time will be released.

Payment is accepted in the form of online transfers through NEFT or Google Pay method.

In the case of delayed payments where shoot has already taken place, no images will be delivered if the payments are not cleared.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

If the Client needs to reschedule, a 48-hour notice is required. The Photographer retains any payment made if the Client does not provide the 48-hour notice and is not obligated to provide a rescheduled session. The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond her control. In such events, the Client will be fully reimbursed or is permitted to reschedule without penalty.

Liability

The Photographer is not responsible for any injury to the Client or Client's photographic party. Clients will be responsible for their children and themselves and release the Photographer from any claims.

However the safety of the newborn child during the session is a top priotity and responsibility of the photographer as long as the child is in her hands.

Storage

Client galleries remain open for 7 days following image delivery for final selection. After 7 days, all Client images will be archived. Images can be retrieved for a fee.

All print products are to be collected from Husain's Photography Studio. They will not be couriered as the products may get damaged. Print products will be available at the studio to be collected only for 30 days, beyond which they will be sent back for recycling and can be availed as a fresh paid order.
